Personal Care Aide Training - Online Course
Program Description
Personal care is a service that is offered to Arkansas clients who are in need of long-term care services but wish to stay in the comfort of their own home. Personal care includes hands-on assistance with activities such as basic hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, laundry services and housekeeping. Students who complete the PCA program are eligible to work at home care agencies, as well as assisted living facilities. This is also an excellent program for those who are meeting the demands of taking care of family members who are in poor health or need some type of care assistance.
PCA Scholarship Opportunity
PAL C.N.A. Training Academy is offering a $100.00 scholarship for anyone who successfully completes the PCA course.
All successful graduates of the PCA program are eligible for the CNA training class using their scholarship and will receive a guaranteed seat in any future scheduled CNA course.
Enrollment Fees
The program cost is $300.00, which includes a non-refundable enrollment fee of $50.00. All fees for the course must be paid at the time of enrollment. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card are accepted. Cash and check payments are also accepted. Course books are not included in the price. Books may be purchased for $60.00.
